Deposit

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure the booking.  A booking is not secure until the booking fee has been received and may result in the date becoming unavailable.  

 

Payments

A detailed order confirmation/final invoice will be sent out approximately 5 weeks prior to the wedding/event, detailing the final balance and payment details.  No further payment reminders will be sent and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure payment is on time. 

 

The balance must be paid in cleared monies no later than the date set out in order confirmation by bank transfer to the account specified, cash or via paypal invoice.  Late payments will incur a £25 charge.

 

If payment is not received by the date specified this shall be constituted as breach of contract by the client.  We reserve the right to hold the order until payment is made in full.  When payment is late we accept no responsibility should we be unable to purchase the required stock or equipment to create the flower designs as laid out in the order confirmation.  In these circumstances the flowers will be made as close to the order confirmation as possible with no redress or liability on Flowers by Suzanne Randell.

 

All details must be finalised and confirmed at least 4-5 weeks prior to the event. It is at our discretion that we can accommodate any changes after this time period, and this may incur extra costs.

 

Hire Items

Any damages/breakages of hired glassware will be charged at full retail value (to be advised prior to hire).  All hired glassware must be returned to Flowers by Suzanne Randell within 48 hours.  We can arrange to collect all hired glassware from the venue, however this will incur an additional charge.  If there are any damages/breakages when we arrive to collect the items, you will be held liable to replace these items at full retail value.  We will obtain a signed confirmation from the venue management to confirm that all items were in good order on delivery.  We will also obtain a signed confirmation from the venue management if there are any damages/breakages before we remove the items from the venue.


Flower Variations

Due to seasonal variations, some flowers and foliage may have to be substituted.  If this situation occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise and to seek approval of a substitution. Whilst we make every endeavour to obtain all specific items, we cannot be held responsible if the products you have ordered are not available at the time of your event, for example, due to bad weather conditions.

 

Delivery

The total price will include delivery of flowers on the day to a maximum of two addresses and is subject to a minimum order value.  An additional delivery address will be at our discretion and may be subject to an extra delivery charge.

 

Whilst we endeavour to make all deliveries within sufficient time before the event (flowers normally delivered 3-4 hours before event) we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected events that may occur which are beyond our control.  We will endeavour to make alternative arrangements should this happen.

 

Cancellations

In the circumstance that the event is cancelled and costs have been incurred we reserve the right to charge for those costs.  In the event of a cancellation by yourselves, charges are as follows:  More than ninety days prior to the date = booking fee only.  Ninety days to one calendar month prior to the date = booking fee plus half the remaining cost.  Less than one calendar month prior to the date = full amount.  Any payments previously made are not refundable.  In the event of postponement, the payment due remains the same as cancellation.  Subject to availability we will carry the monies paid forward to the new wedding date.  Please be aware that we will only do this on one occasion.  Any further postponements will be classed as a cancellation.

 

Consultations

We will provide a no-obligation free initial consultation.  The no-obligation service means that the client  is under no-obligation to enter into a contract with us, and likewise Flowers by Suzanne Randell are under no-obligation to enter into a contract with the client.  Neither party owe any fees should they decide not to enter into a contract agreement with each other.  Once booked with a deposit and if considered necesssary (dependent on size of the wedding and colours chosen)  then an extra consultation to either the venue/church or flower market will be offered.  Any further face to face meetings requested by the client above and beyond this will be charged at £25 per hour with this amount added to the final balance.  

 

By paying the non-refundable booking fee, the client is accepting all the above terms and conditions.

 

Privacy

Flowers by Suzanne Randell are fully GDPR compliant, and as such when you submit your enquiry/booking to us, you acknowledge and provide your consent to our storage and use of your personal data only for use to administer your enquiry.  Your data may be held on our CRM software for up to 3 years.  We will remove all data upon request as required by GDPR.  To be notified of the data we hold for you or request its removal please email enquiries@flowers-by-suzanne.co.uk
